Company
Kur Sauna AS is a limited liability company registered in the Brønnøysund Register Center under Org. No. 931 035 975. These terms and conditions apply to Kur Sauna AS and the customer. Images and text on our website (www.kursauna.no and its subpages) are owned by Kur Sauna AS and cannot be copied by anyone without our consent. Images that we have borrowed are used with the owner's approval.
Legal Data
We reserve the right to update or modify our terms and conditions in accordance with changes in legislation or regulations affecting our business. We will make every effort to inform our customers of significant changes in our legal obligations.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law and pertain to the Consumer Protection Act, Marketing Act, Consumer Purchase Act, E-commerce Act, Credit Purchase Act, and E-commerce Act.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway. See www.lovdata.no for comprehensive information about the legislation.
Prices
All prices quoted by Kur Sauna AS are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified.
Price Changes:
Kur Sauna reserves the right to change prices for our services without prior notice. However, we will inform our customers of any price changes in advance, unless the change is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Price Specification:
Our services and products will have specified prices, and we will clearly inform what the price includes. There may be additional costs or extra fees for specific services not included in the quoted price.
Currency Conversion:
When paying in currencies other than the specified currency, fees for currency conversion may apply, which are beyond our control.
Pricing Errors:
In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the error and inform the customer of the corrected price before the service is performed or delivered.
Reservation and Payment
Customers may reserve the use of the saunas available at Kur Sauna AS in accordance with availability and prevailing prices.
Payment for the reservation must be made according to the current prices listed on our website or through direct inquiry.
Payment options include VIPPS or credit/debit card. We use VIPPS Checkout, a complete solution that allows customers to choose. Customers incur no fees for payments via this service, regardless of amount. For card payments, the card issuer's terms and conditions apply.
It is also possible to pay for additional persons who wish to participate. The VIPPS QR code is available in the sauna. Please reference the payment with the time and person who originally made the booking. Invoicing is available for customers who require it. This is offered in cases where the customer wants fixed agreements, larger group bookings, or corporate agreements. Contact us via the contact form on our website.
Cancellation and Booking Changes
Kur Sauna AS understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore offers the following cancellation terms:
Customers may cancel or change their reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking.
Any cancellation or change fees are in accordance with our current guidelines.
Booked times may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations can be made by the customer through My Pages in the booking panel, and options include a 100% refund as a gift card or 50% money back.
Membership
We offer memberships with a duration of 1 year from the purchase date. Memberships automatically renew unless the customer provides notice otherwise. Three days before membership renewal, an email will be sent with information about renewal.
Customers may terminate their membership at any time through My Pages in the booking panel. As a member, customers will have the opportunity to book appointments with specified discounts. Membership is personal to the customer, and in cases of repeated misuse or "lending" of the membership to non-members, Kur Sauna AS reserves the right to terminate the membership.
Gift Cards
Gift cards from Kur Sauna AS can be purchased directly from our website. Customers choose the amount on the gift card, which grants access to specific services and is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. Any remaining balance on the gift card will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases.
The gift card is valid for one year from the purchase date and has a unique random code that customers can use to pay for the full or partial amount of a given service.
Use of Sauna
The customer is entitled to use the sauna during the agreed period and for the specified number of persons in the reservation. The booked time includes changing, and must be adhered to. Customers are asked to contact Kur Sauna AS staff immediately if any issues arise regarding time usage, damage, cold sauna, etc.
Upon completion of sauna warming, we guarantee a temperature of at least 50 degrees C (Soft Sauna).
Kur Sauna AS is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to property while the sauna is in use. Customers must follow the provided safety guidelines for sauna use, as detailed on our website, in the sauna, and confirmed upon booking.
Liability and Compensation
Kur Sauna AS does not assume liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless due to gross negligence or intent on our part. The customer is responsible for any damage to the company's property that occurs during the use of the sauna.
Liability Limitations:
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services or the amount specified by law for such cases.
Owner Liability for Personal Belongings:
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings of guests unless due to our gross negligence or intent.
Safety and Behavior:
Kur Sauna AS reserves the right to deny access or request a guest to leave the facility if the guest behaves in a manner that is harmful, threatening, or disrupts other guests' experiences in an unacceptable way.
Limitation of Compensation:
Any compensation will be limited to documented losses and cannot exceed the maximum amount specified by applicable law.
Kur Sauna AS reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by negligence or misuse by the customer.
Weather Conditions
Please note that Kur Sauna AS services may be affected by weather conditions. Our services may depend on the weather to be carried out as planned.
Changes Due to Weather Conditions:
Weather conditions may change rapidly and unpredictably. Kur Sauna AS reserves the right to make changes, postpone, or cancel services, activities, or events without prior notice if weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of our guests or staff, or if the execution of services is deemed impractical or unfeasible due to weather conditions.
Notification of Changes:
In case of changes or cancellations due to weather conditions, we will make every effort to provide as early and clear notice as possible. This may include communication via email, phone, or updates on our official communication channels.
Disclaimer:
Kur Sauna AS is not responsible for financial loss, disappointment, or inconvenience caused by changes or cancellations due to weather conditions. We encourage our guests to understand and accept that weather is beyond our control and that we take precautions for the safety and comfort of all our guests.
Age Limit
Kur Sauna AS operates with an age limit of 18 years to use our services without supervision by a guardian or custodian. Individuals under 18 years of age may participate in our services only under the following conditions:
Individuals under 18 years of age may participate in our services if accompanied by and under the supervision of an adult over 18 years old, who is responsible for their behavior and safety throughout their stay at Kur Sauna AS.
The adult accompanying the minor is responsible for ensuring that the minor adheres to our rules and guidelines. We expect the accompanying adult to take responsibility for the safety and behavior of minors while on our premises or participating in our services.
Kur Sauna AS disclaims any responsibility for violations of rules or damages caused by individuals under 18 years who are not under direct supervision by a responsible adult. We encourage adults accompanying minors to inform them about our rules and guidelines and help them understand and follow them.
Please note that some services or areas at Kur Sauna AS may have additional age restrictions that must be respected.
Sauna is a suitable activity for both children and adults. Adults will be responsible for adjusting the sauna temperature for children and ensuring they follow the usage rules.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with reservations will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the company's privacy policy. The personal information we request is used to communicate with the relevant customer and will not be shared with others without the customer's consent.
Kur Sauna AS reserves the right to share photos and videos from the sauna area. We will seek approval from customers whose faces are visible in photos before sharing them.
